The National Panhellenic Conference (NPC) has selected OmegaFi to provide recruitment software to reduce barriers for women participating in Panhellenic recruitment, lower recruitment-related costs for College Panhellenics and create new opportunities using real-time data for analysis and intervention.
Beginning with the 2025-26 academic year, College Panhellenics will be able to utilize the ICS software used and trusted by hundreds of College Panhellenics for more than 20 years. Thanks to this new NPC partnership, College Panhellenics with ICS will pay zero software fees.
“ICS is known for its excellent customer service, functionality, uptime and responsiveness to NPC and customer enhancement requests,” explained NPC Chief Executive Officer Dani Weatherford. “We are excited about the great things that will come from this partnership.”
Among the many improvements planned, OmegaFi will help streamline and simplify the registration process for potential new members (“PNM”s) and other women looking to learn more about and potentially register for recruitment on a particular college campus with a goal of reducing barriers to entry and increasing the number of women participating in the process.
What does this mean for existing ICS Panhellenic customers?
Current ICS customers will experience no immediate changes and should continue to use ICS as usual. Existing support channels are not changing.
You will no longer pay a software subscription fee beginning with the 2025-26 academic year and will continue to receive the reliable service and dedicated support you have enjoyed.
What does this mean for College Panhellenics not using ICS today?
You can begin using ICS at any time without incurring any costs to use the software. OmegaFi and NPC will host webinars this fall for campuses to learn more about ICS and the many benefits it can provide to your community.

What does this mean for existing ICS IFC, NPHC, MGC and other customers?
Nothing changes. You can continue to use ICS like you always have, and you will continue to receive the reliable service and dedicated support you have enjoyed. Where needed, we will work with you to modify contracts to remove the College Panhellenic from the agreement.
What does this mean for OmegaRecruit users?
Nothing changes. You can continue using OmegaRecruit at the chapter and national level as you have in the past.
