NEW ICS FEATURE SAVES TIME: CREATE PNM FIRST-ROUND SCHEDULES
Now, ICS users can create first-round potential new member (PNM) schedules. This time-saving feature makes individual schedule conflicts easier to manage. Also, this update prevents RFM statistics from showing incorrectly if individual first round schedules are processed under the "Recruitment" tab.
PNM SELECTIONS NOW REQUIRED: ENSURES CORRECT PNM STATUS
OmegaFi's campus recruitment solution, ICS, now requires PNMs to submit all their selections before the RFM can process daily rounds and/or final selections. PNMs must make their selections in the “Verify PNM Selections" screen (under “Recruitment & Bidmatching”) before an RFM can process under "Step 2-Priority Preference" and "Step 2-Run Bid Matching."
The buttons are unavailable/grayed out until all PNMs make selections or the PNM's status has changed. This update prevents PNMs from showing as “Unmatched” if they've left recruitment. Instead, that PNM's record will show as “Snapbid Available."
MRABA UPDATED
The National Panhellenic Conference recently updated the Membership Recruitment Acceptance Binding Agreement (MRABA) and the new version is in ICS. ICS presents the MRABA to PNMs after preference parties and before Bid Day.
WHAT'S UP NEXT
OmegaFi is improving LegFi by implementing additional fields to capture more member, organization, and contact data. The additional fields help our national headquarters and chapter customers store and use more information to help with recruiting, retention, and management of their members and operations. Also, these additions are the first step toward implementing additional LegFi reporting improvements, coming later this year.
