Say hello to your new go-to spot for training and support: OmegaFi University! This all-new learning management system (LMS) is packed with self-paced courses, step-by-step learning pathways, and live training sessions to help you master your LegFi tools, no matter your role or experience level.

EXTRA SECURITY, UNLOCKED MFA IS NOW A MUST-HAVE
In today’s digital world, keeping your online accounts safe is more important than ever. Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) adds an extra layer of security to your login process by requiring a unique code from an authenticator app on top of your password.
For LegFi Users:
MFA is available for all LegFi users but as of April 1, 2025, it will be required for admin users and those with Financial Accounts Edit permission. As part of this update, these users will also be required to reset their password every 90 days to maintain account security. Learn how to set up MFA for your LegFi account here.
For ICS Users:
MFA is available for all ICS users but as of April 1, 2025, it is required for all Council Admin Users. Learn how to set up MFA for your ICS account here.
PAY IT YOUR WAY ACH IS BACK FOR GUEST PAYORS
Bank account payments (ACH) are back as a payment option for guest payors in LegFi! Now, when someone pays a member’s invoice through the Continue as Guest link in an email, they can choose to pay with a bank account instead of a credit card.
Bonus: ACH comes with lower processing fees, making it easier (and cheaper!) when family members or other guests help out.
